Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully stoked on your Bilmuri gear, but if something isn't right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you; simply print it out and secure it to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt for confirmation of the return shipment.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
